Flanders, Jane
Jane Flanders is an oil painter and ceramicist. She enjoys "plein air" painting, being on site to capture the scene. Jane paints the Urban Landscape; architecture provides an interesting challenge. Topeka has been Jane's muse for the past 2 years as it is just the right size city for a plein air painter. Jane grew up in Topeka and received a B.F.A. from the University of Kansas. She has been a fulltime artist since 2004. Currently she has a studio/home in Lawrence, Kansas.
